Welcome Call
We begin with a 20-minute call to understand your property, rental expectations and preferences, including whether it will be furnished, your approach to pets and any plans to sell or occupy it later.

Five steps. One welcome call.
Here is what happens after you decide to work with Redpoint, from getting the paperwork in place to finding a tenant and managing the property each month.
We begin with a 20-minute call to understand your property, rental expectations and preferences, including whether it will be furnished, your approach to pets and any plans to sell or occupy it later.
We complete the required identity checks, confirm proof of ownership and arrange for the management agreement to be signed digitally.
Where required, we coordinate your non-resident landlord registration so the appropriate tax treatment can be confirmed with your UK tax adviser.
Redpoint coordinates the process but does not provide tax advice.
We arrange professional photography, list the property, manage viewings, reference applicants and complete the tenancy and deposit process.
Where possible, marketing begins before completion so a tenant can move in as close to handover as the build programme allows.
Once management begins, you receive access to your owner portal, where you can view your tenancy status, rent history, maintenance matters and compliance records.
These are the service standards we hold ourselves to throughout the management of your property.

Where an issue needs further attention, it can be escalated directly to the operations lead for follow-up.
